The Idaho Kink Society (formerly Herogasm) hosts events for our community to learn more about BDSM and kink. Through events like the Mountain Masquerade and classes and presentations, we teach practical safety in kinks, and hold demonstrations that present the beauty and connection of BDSM.

Herogasm, now known as the Idaho Kink Society, started over 2 years ago, with a group of friends sitting around a table playing “Cards Against Humanity” and being open and honest about their sexuality. From there it’s bloomed into a place for people to explore their kinks and desires in safe setting and most importantly; have fun.

The beauty of The Society is that there is no pressure, and no obligation. There is no pressure to meet and mingle with other people if you do not want to; you can join the game night, or you can come attend the class, or watch the performances. There is no obligation to remove clothes, perform acts, or do anything you do not want to do. Whether you are a very spicy and kinky individual, or a vanilla person testing the waters, we welcome everyone and prioritize your bodily autonomy.

One of the most important aspects of The Society is our focus on safety. Everyone has kinks and desires, but sometimes they aren't sure where to go to learn more. We try to minimize the inherent risks by having classes, and presentations to show proper technique. We have covered rope and bondage, wax, fire, dirty talking, impact, and much more.

Our game nights also have prizes for winners of the games. All the games have teams, and everyone on the team gets a prize. Prizes consist of Adult Toys (vibrators, dildos, bondage sets,..). To date, we have given over 500 Adult Toys away as prizes.

We vet every single individual who attends events by the Idaho Kink Society. Vetting is the process of making sure that the guest and the host are on the same page about expectations and behaviors.

The Society is run by a group of people who all share the values of Enthusiastic Consent, Respect and Communication.
